Ipswich Food and Drink Festival Information

The Ipswich Food and Drink Festival takes place on the 23rd and 24th of May in the glorious Christchurch Park in the heart of Ipswich town. Alongside dozens of food and drink stalls will be our demonstration kitchens and cookery displays. There will also be the exciting 'Sausage Sizzle' competition with all your local butchers and supermarkets competing to see who makes the best sausage. They will also be competing in the 'Best of Bacon' event. Dare you try the 'Fiery Tastes' competition? Chilli sauces and fiery oddities such as chilli chocolate will be sampled by experts and perhaps even you!

Admission is £3 for adults, children under 12 are free.

Opening times for the Festival are 10.30am to 4.30pm on both days.

Colchester Food and Drink Festival Information

The Colchester Food and Drink Festival and the Colchester Rose Show both take place in 2009 on the 27th and 28th of June.

They take place together in Colchester's beautiful Lower Castle Park. Alongside dozens of food and drink stalls will be our demonstration kitchens and cookery displays There will also be the exciting 'Sausage Sizzle' competition with all your local butchers and supermarkets competing to see who makes the best sausage. The entrance is via Ryegate which is at the end St Peters Street or via upper Castle Park and down the hill at the back of the castle. If you wish to take advantage of our Kings Meadow car park follow the signs along Catchpool Road (alongside the fire station on Cowdray Avenue). Click here to view a map of the location.
